If you feel you have gained weight in the last month or so , try to reduce your food intake by 

cutting down on the amount you put on your plate and any snacks in-between meals must NOT be over 100 calories.

HELLO  EVERYONE

ALL CLASSES ON MY WEBSITE ARE BACK UP AND RUNNING! ​

I have places in my Tuesday 12.15pm class and my Friday 1pm class.

 I have places in my GP Referral classes in Cambridge. Let me know if you are interested in any of the above or other classes on different days.

 ZOOM CLASSES:

These classes are live sessions in your own home via your computer, tablet or phone. This means when the weather is cold and wet and its dark you can still keep up your fitness.If you are interested choose the CLASSES tab then click ONLINE at the top of this page and follow the instructions.
